Graduate Student Career Trajectories Inside and Outside of Academia

  • Friday, November 01, 2024
  • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
  • Zoom

Graduate students are often asked “What are you going to do once you complete your degree?”... and answering can be challenging!  Come join us for an interactive panel discussion addressing this question. RSVP here.

In the session, 3 science educators professionals with PhDs in Education will share their experiences transitioning from their graduate studies into their professional career. Participants will be invited to ask questions and panelists will share stories, strategies, and tensions of their journeys.

The panel is designed to support graduate students and postdoctoral scholars, and all SEEDS members are welcome to come to ask questions and contribute their experiences. We will do our best to address all pre-submitted questions in the panel, time permitting, and will also include additional time for conversation in the session.
