Using a distributed leadership model, this committee is made up of the chairs and co-chairs of each committee to accomplish the following goals:

• meet regularly to share proposed actions, concerns, and progress from each committee
• make decisions by consensus taking into account dissenting views
• discuss future directions and initiatives for the organization
